Again the mayor of Chacao dictate the pace in urban art. This time it was offering 400m2 of "legal wall", as known in the world to a local graffiti wall license paint. Those who read me know I am not a fan of this form of expression for it that is invasive, especially in a city like ours visually contaminated, but the fact that every day this practice gains more followers and you need to give these young people surfaces to express themselves. 
May it deter them from scratch walls or other private spaces. Left here three samples of what they did some graffiti cans armed Caracas multiple colors, music and light in broad daylight. There was no need to hide for painting. I regret that did not leave the spontaneous graffiti wall inaugurated several months ago and now only can see here. I remind you that this wall, now colorful banner is the perimeter fence of a field in which the new building will be erected in the CAF .
